While visiting Bethel Church, Austin, at their New Year’s Eve service 2023, I saw a vision of a desert filled with ancient forgotten wells. These wells once flowed with life-giving waters that refreshed generations. However, these wells were abandoned and forgotten by future generations. Next, I saw inside each well. The wells were extremely deep but dry. They echoed memories of past outpourings and secrets which were long forgotten. Suddenly, I heard the sounds of drills breaking through rock and dry ground and saw freshwater spring up, filling each well. The vision concluded with the release of fresh rain, quenching the desert, and renewing the exterior of the stone walls of the wells. The wells were revived back to their original glory.
“I am resurrecting the wells of the past,” declares the Lord. “The past revivals and movements, mighty men and women who have been long forgotten, disqualified, and dishonored. These relics will be restored and revealed to be My treasures. I am calling my ancient treasures to arise, be refreshed, put on new armor, and lead the fatherless and motherless generation. Honor is the key to unlocking the secrets I’ve hidden deep within My treasures.”
As we enter the new year, watch for the resurrections of the long-forgotten revivals, movements, generals and trailblazers. Embrace, celebrate, honor, and watch a new measure of God’s glory flow into our and future generations.
