Good morning. Welcome to God Manifest. Thank you for joining us for the launch of God Manifest as a church. As most of you know, for years, Olivia and I have both received prophetic words on becoming pastors and on starting a church. We received these words from our various pastors, complete strangers, prophets, and friends, even some of you, and a few months ago we received more confirmation and both felt that the time to start the church was now. When you build something, no matter what it is, it’s vital to start with a solid foundation. God Manifest will be built on truth, strength, unity, integrity, God’s people, desire for intimacy with our God, and most of all God’s love. With that said, Olivia and I would like to lay the foundation of God Manifest Church, and what God has planned for the future. I would like to start with our mission statement, which, Olivia crafted and I feel fully embraces what God wants God Manifest to be. MISSION STATEMENT We are a family of believers and lovers of God, here to equip God’s people to manifest Him and make Him known to the world around us, establish the Kingdom of God here on earth, and destroy the works of darkness. We believe that Ephesians 4:11-13 is the purpose of this church, that “the Body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” Through equipping, our hope is to present believers who will go out into the world doing as Jesus Christ has done and greater things (John 14:12). It is our desire that God establish and build this church and to create disciples capable of walking in the fullness of Jesus Christ – capable of multiplying through the presentation of the Good News to a world seeking a Savior. God Manifest’s mission is to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, heal the brokenhearted, set prisoners and captives free, and create disciples who will stand in love, walk in faith, and display God’s Son to the world. We Believe… …There is only one true and living God who is the King of kings, Creator, and Lord of all. …He is perfect, holy, just, loving, good, full of mercy and truth. …He is One being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. …The Bible is the God-breathed and the infallible, authoritative, living Word of God and that it declares His true design and plan for mankind. …Jesus Christ is the Son of God and was born of a virgin, lived among us as one of us but without sin and gave His life as a ransom for mankind and rose...

By: Jonnathan Zin Truong | Facebook, Twitter After my salvation, my unsaved mother routinely invited me over to her place for home cooked meals. These meals quickly started becoming a demonstration of God’s goodness and love. One day I came over to her apartment for “lunch” and she introduced me to her buddhist friend saying, “This is my son Jonnathan that I told everyone at the temple about that heals through his God, Jesus Christ.” My mother’s friend said, “Jesus?” My mother answered, “Yes and if you allow him to pray for you, I know you will be healed.” She hesitantly agreed and I prayed for her, laying my hands on her knees and her back. After the prayer, I knew in my heart that she was healed but also knew she was upset I prayed to Jesus. I thanked her for allowing me to pray for her as my mom served my lunch. We all visited while I ate and as I got up to leave, my mother and her friend stood up to say their goodbyes. I stood watching her friend gingerly stand up, her eyes open, jaw drop as she started kicking, squatting and jumping. She screamed, “I’m healed! I’m 87 years old and never had pain in my body before last year when my knees started hurting and in a short time I was unable to stand up and walk around my house without sharp pain,” she added “You healed me.” I softly correctly her stating, “Jesus healed you because He loves you. All I did was pray and believe.” With tears streaming down her face the buddhist said… “Thank you Jesus!” She embraced me and asked me to stay a little longer to answer some questions she had. I agreed and moments later she accepted Jesus into her heart. After that day, each time I was invited over for a meal, my mother would have another friend from her temple waiting for prayer. About a quarter of my mother’s friends I prayed for received Jesus but everyone of them experienced God’s love, were healed and were touched by Him. Romans 2:4 states that it is the “Goodness of God” that leads people to...
